Three key achievements
- Working in the Information and Communications sector for over six
years, four of them as a Planning specialist for MobiCom
Corporation, the leading ICT Company in Mongolia. Positioned at
the Carrier and Regulatory Affairs Department of Corporate
Planning Division, which is responsible for developing corporate
strategy, business performance evaluation, as well as performing
external environment analysis and cooperating with policy and
regulatory agencies, sector carriers and operators.
Awarded by the “Employee of the Year Award” in 2007 and
“Special Award of the CEO” in 2009 at MobiCom Corporation.
- From 2010, working as a Senior Officer of the Policy and Planning
Department of the Information, Communications Technology and
Post Authority, the Government Agency.
- Has participated in many valuable projects such as “Enabling
Universal Service and Universal Access”, “Establishment of
Information Communications High Tech Innovation Cluster”; and
have developed policy documents on Tariff, Service license and
Premium Rate Service. Last year we developed an ICT sector
policy document to 2021, conducting wide ranging research with
respect to the sector development.
All these efforts gave an opportunity of being awarded by the
Honorary Certificate of the ICT sector in 2011.

Interested in working in the ICT sector and sharing experience with
other national and international experts in the same sector.
Career aspirations
I am confident of my choice in the ICT sector, which is one of the
biggest contributors to the Mongolian national economy, and which
was recently included in the Government’s list of strategically
important sectors. I hope that I can be one of the management of
those organizations, where I can best utilize my knowledge gained
through study.
