Three key achievements<br />

- Working in the Information and Communications sector for over six<br />

years, four <strong>of</strong> them as a Planning specialist for MobiCom<br />

Corporation, the leading ICT Company in Mongolia. Positioned at<br />

the Carrier and Regulatory Affairs Department <strong>of</strong> Corporate<br />

Planning Division, which is responsible for developing corporate<br />

strategy, business performance evaluation, as well as performing<br />

external environment analysis and cooperating with policy and<br />

regulatory agencies, sector carriers and operators.<br />

Awarded by the “Employee <strong>of</strong> the Year Award” in 2007 and<br />

“Special Award <strong>of</strong> the CEO” in 2009 at MobiCom Corporation.<br />

- From 2010, working as a Senior Officer <strong>of</strong> the Policy and Planning<br />

Department <strong>of</strong> the Information, Communications Technology and<br />

Post Authority, the Government Agency.<br />

- Has participated in many valuable projects such as “Enabling<br />

Universal Service and Universal Access”, “Establishment <strong>of</strong><br />

Information Communications High Tech Innovation Cluster”; and<br />

have developed policy documents on Tariff, Service license and<br />

Premium Rate Service. Last year we developed an ICT sector<br />

policy document to 2021, conducting wide ranging research with<br />

respect to the sector development.<br />

All these efforts gave an opportunity <strong>of</strong> being awarded by the<br />

Honorary Certificate <strong>of</strong> the ICT sector in 2011.<br />

Career aspirations<br />

I am confident <strong>of</strong> my choice in the ICT sector, which is one <strong>of</strong> the<br />

biggest contributors to the Mongolian national economy, and which<br />

was recently included in the Government’s list <strong>of</strong> strategically<br />

important sectors. I hope that I can be one <strong>of</strong> the management <strong>of</strong><br />

those organizations, where I can best utilize my knowledge gained<br />

through study.
