g) Ç›narl› Dere / Ç›narl› Stream
Derince s›n›rlar› içerisinde yer alan Ç›narl›dere, hafta sonlar›nda ailece
piknik yapmak isteyenlerin u¤rak yeridir. Özellikle bahar aylar›n›n gelmesiyle
bu güzel mesire yeri, güzel havan›n tad›n› ç›karmak ve stressiz bir gün
geçirmek isteyenlerle dolup taflmaktad›r. Derince’ye ilk yerleflimin oldu¤u
Ç›narl› mahallesine de oldukça yak›n olan bu güzel mesire alan›, Derince’nin
h›zla büyüyerek nüfusu 100 bini aflan bir flehir olmas›na ra¤men, do¤al
güzelliklerini oldu¤u gibi saklam›fl ve insanlar›n sevdikleriyle beraber
hoflça vakit geçirebilece¤i bir mekân haline gelmifltir.
Ç›narl›dere is located within the borders of Derince and one of the muchfrequented
places for people who want to have picnic as a family in
weekends. Especially with the arrival of spring time, this beautiful recreation
place becomes crowded with people who want to enjoy the beautiful
weather and spend a day without stress. This pretty recreation area is
very close to Ç›narl› neighborhood, the first settlement place of Derince,
and although Derince has grown rapidly and become a city with a population
more than 100 thousand, it has remained its natural beauties as they are
and has become a place where people can enjoy their time with their
beloved.
¤) Tavflanc›l Köyü / Tavflanc›l Village
Orhan Gazi taraf›ndan 14. yy’da kurulmufltur. Sahilde ve yamaçta olmak
üzere iki bölümden oluflur. As›l Tavflanc›l yamaçta olan›d›r. Köyde 19’uncu
yüzy›ldan kalma tescilli ahflap ve kâgir; denize naz›r konaklar bulunmaktad›r.
Afla¤› Tavflanc›l’dan ise demiryolu ve D-100 Karayolu geçmektedir. Restoran,
çay bahçeleri ve bal›kç› bar›naklar› bulanan Tavflanc›l, sahil düzenlemesi
yap›lm›fl flirin bir beldedir.
Tavsancil was established by Orhan Ghazi during the 14th century it
comprisess of two sections consisting of the coast and the hills. The main
section of Tavsancil lies on the hills. It has registered stone and wooden
mansions descended from the 19th century. The railway and the D-100
highway passes through the lower section Tavflanc›l. Tavflanc›l is a quaint
town with a renovated coast with restaurants, tea gardens and cabins
h) Yazl›k Il›cas› / Summer Spa
Kocaeli ili, Gölcük ilçesi Yazl›k’ta bulunan ve kent merkezine 20 km.
uzakl›kta bulunan yazl›k ›l›cas›, Bizans Dönemine ait Ayazman›n içinden
ç›kan su kükürtlü suyu ile cilt hastal›klar›na iyi gelmektedir. ‹zmit-Gölcük
yolu üzerinde bulunan ›l›ca, denize 3 kilometre mesafede yer almaktad›r.
Bizans dönemine ait Ayazma’n›n içinden ç›kan su kükürtlü ve kalevi
oligometalik sular grubuna girmektedir. Bizans döneminde de kullan›lan
flifal› banyolar sedef ve mide hastal›klar›n› iyilefltirici özelliktedir. Yap› ayn›
zamanda hem so¤uk hem de s›cak su da¤›l›m merkezi oldu¤u için hazneye
