Creative Photography, Tucson; The J. Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles; and the Nelson-<br />

Atkins Museum, Kansas City, Missouri. He is the recipient of the Santa Fe Prize for<br />

Photography and a Guggenheim Fellowship. He has published three books: Everyday:<br />

A Yearlong Photo Diary, a photographic narrative about creative practice, place, change, and<br />

the meandering flow of life, and two collaborative projects—Third Views, Second Sights:<br />

A Rephotographic Survey of the American West (with Mark Klett et. al.) and Yosemite in<br />

Time: Ice Ages, Tree Rocks, Ghost Rivers (with Mark Klett and Rebecca Solnit). He received<br />

his M.F.A. from <strong>Arizona</strong> State University and his B.A. from the University of Redlands in<br />

Redlands, California.<br />

Tiffiney Yazzie grew up in Chinle, <strong>Arizona</strong>. She is from the Yucca Fruit-Strung-Out-In-A-<br />

Line Clan and is born for the Salt People Clan. Her maternal grandparents are of the Towering<br />

House Clan of the Navajo Nation. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts<br />

degree in Photography and Bachelors of Arts degree in Art History at the Herberger Institute<br />

for Design and the Arts at <strong>Arizona</strong> State University. She is a member of the ASU Student<br />

Photographers’ Association and the Society for Photographic Education.<br />
