Viewing VoWLAN Metrics<br />

VoWLAN metrics provide you with diagnostic in<strong>for</strong>mation pertinent to VoIP per<strong>for</strong>mance. This<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation helps you determine whether problems are being introduced by the WLAN or the wired<br />

network. VoWLAN metrics are stored on WLSE.<br />

Note<br />

The WLSE updates VoWLAN metrics every 90 seconds and stores metrics <strong>for</strong> up to 1.5 hours.<br />

Viewing Voice Reports<br />

You can use a browser to access voice reports listing VoWLAN metrics stored on a WLSE. You can view<br />

reports <strong>for</strong> access point groups and <strong>for</strong> individual access points.<br />

To view voice reports, follow these steps:<br />
