Viewing VoWLAN Metrics<br />

Viewing Voice Fault Summary<br />

The Faults > Voice Summary page in WLSE displays a summary of the faults detected with the following<br />

voice fault types:<br />

• Excessive Voice Bandwidth (CAC)<br />

• Degraded Voice QOS (TSM)<br />

To view a summary of voice faults, follow these steps:<br />

Log in to a WLSE.<br />

Click the Faults tab.<br />

Click Voice Summary.<br />

For both fault types, the screen lists the number of faults detected as shown in the example in Figure 6-8.<br />

Configuring Voice QoS Settings<br />

You can use WLSE’s Faults > Voice QoS Settings screen to define the voice QoS thresholds <strong>for</strong> the<br />

following parameters:<br />

• Downstream Delay with U-ASPD not used<br />

• Downstream Delay with U-ASPD used<br />

• Upstream Delay<br />

• Downstream Packet Loss Rate<br />

• Upstream Packet Loss Rate<br />

• Roaming Time<br />
