Indemnities and Insurance
A Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance policy has been subscribed to by the holding company. The
policy provides cover for the risks arising out of the acts or omissions of the Directors and Officers of the
Company. The cover does not provide insurance against fraudulent, malicious or wilful acts or omissions.
Contracts of Significance
The Company has a management contract with ENL Limited for provision of management and secretarial
services as detailed in the corporate governance report.
