An Attractive Employer With some 11,000 employees, including 415 trainees in more than 20 trades and professions, M-Industry is a significant employer in Switzerland. Marketing, human resources, procurement managers and sales managers alike: there are positions for these as well as logistic specialists, truck drivers, laboratory technicians, bakers and foremen – just to name a few. Every year, M-Industry trains hundreds of apprentices, and offers interesting career opportunities for graduates. These include a two-year cross-company trainee program which provides a comprehensive insight into highly diverse sectors and processes involved in food and near-food production.
