Mifroma France SA is the export platform for the ELSA /<br />
Mifroma group for cheese and other dairy products.<br />
The company also distributes products from the French<br />
subsidiary Baïko.<br />

Mifroma France is a competence center for the packaging<br />
and distribution of Swiss hard and semihard cheese and other<br />
dairy products. Its market area is not limited to France: all<br />
other European markets can be supplied through this platform.<br />
Thanks to its modern and speedy logistics systems, fresh<br />
products such as yoghurts, dessert creams and milk drinks can<br />
also be handled by Mifroma France. These also include<br />
yoghurts under the French Baïko brand, which is owned by<br />
Mifroma France.<br />

The skills and the passion of its cheese makers allow Mifroma<br />
France to supply high-quality products to satisfy a wide<br />
range of tastes. The products are marketed under the Swiss<br />
Delice premium brand.<br />
30 tonnes of dairy products a day<br />
Every day approximately 30 tonnes of dairy products leave<br />
Mifroma France. Its customers include small and large<br />
retail chains as well as specialty outlets and cheese shops.<br />
