Every day Jowa AG bakes a range of bread types, biscuits,<br />

patisserie and pastry products tailored to individual regions<br />

and produces specialties such as pasta, mustard and<br />

convenience products.<br />

Something for every taste<br />

Jowa offers something for every taste affinity: freshly baked<br />

bread, long-shelf-life pastries, biscuits or patisserie products,<br />

but also pasta, mustard and convenience products such as<br />

pizzas. And Jowa knows that not all bread is the same: the<br />

range is based on regional preferences and includes all local<br />

specialties. Each year Jowa develops up to 300 new products,<br />

introducing them with a very short time to market.<br />

What’s that lovely smell?<br />

Using customer-focused production methods, Jowa guarantees<br />

top quality and freshness. Eight regional and 90<br />

in-store bakeries ensure that bakery products are produced<br />

regionally and around the clock, even at local level, spreading<br />

the aroma of fresh baking through Migros stores. At its<br />

production sites in Buchs and Huttwil, Jowa produces pasta<br />

products, mustard and gluten-free items. The company also<br />

operates its own durum wheat mill in Wildegg.<br />

Consumers are pampered by choice, as Jowa only offers<br />

by selected raw materials, precisely defined processing<br />
