From idea to successful product<br />

Fifteen percent of all employees in the Mibelle Group Personal<br />

Care division work in research and development. The Mibelle<br />

Group is thus able to introduce onto the market more than<br />

500 new, top-quality products every year in the Personal Care<br />

division, in line with the latest trends. Professional analyses<br />

of trends and marketing concepts derived from these are<br />

optimally coordinated with the company’s research operation,<br />

and innovations are developed and produced in the shortest<br />

possible time to market. The resulting products, which in terms<br />

of innovation are close to branded products, sometimes even<br />

surpass them.<br />

Production is more than just filling<br />

Over 20 filling lines guarantee the simultaneous production of a<br />

wide range of products. The high level of automation provides<br />

perfect process control and allows a just-in-time production of<br />

500 to 5,000 kilos.<br />
