Mr . Speaker McCourt, on 20th June, 1905, on a motion to discuss "The cry <strong>of</strong> the<br />

workless . " It was submitted that the -present motion came within that decision, and was<br />

not definite . Mr . Speaker said the urgency had been decided by the five Members rising<br />

in their places in support 6f the motion .<br />

The ruling referred to was nota definite matter,<br />

but the present motion dealt with the victiniisation <strong>of</strong> the workers consequent 'on the<br />

r~66nt industrial upheaval . He ruled the inotion in order. (Mr. Dooley), 144.<br />
