Mr . Griffith proceeding to give notice <strong>of</strong> a motion concerning theintroduction <strong>of</strong> a Bill,<br />

Mr. Wade asked Mr . Speaker's ruling as to .whether it was a correct procedure for Notices <strong>of</strong><br />

Motions to be given having relation to the introduction <strong>of</strong> Bills, before the House bad<br />

the Governor's Speech before it and had disposed <strong>of</strong> the Address in Reply. - -Mr . Speaker<br />

said : -Exception had nevei been taken before although he could remember since 1895 some<br />

occasion on which a Notice <strong>of</strong> Motion . <strong>of</strong> a similar character,had been given, therefore, as<br />

a matter <strong>of</strong> custom, he would not rule the motion out <strong>of</strong> order, 8 .<br />

The Honorable Member for Willoughby'lia~,ing given Notice <strong>of</strong> Motion respecting alleged<br />

guarding-<strong>of</strong> premises <strong>of</strong> one Herr Sabiel-Poitd oi Order-That as the Honorable Member<br />

was not entitled to place on record on the Notice Paper something which Was absolutely<br />

untrue and inaccurate it should not be allowed to,appear on the Notice Paper . Over-ruled<br />
