Directors’ Declaration
In the opinion of the directors of Port Hedland Port Authority (the “Authority”):
(a)
the financial statements and notes, set out on pages 49 - 82, are in accordance with the financial reporting
provisions of the Port Authorities Act 1999, including:
(i)
(ii)
giving a true and fair view of the Authority’s financial position as at 30 June 2011 and of its
performance, for the financial year ended on that date; and
complying with Australian Accounting Standards (including the Australian Accounting
Interpretations) and the Port Authorities Act 1999;
(b)
there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Authority will be able to pay its debts as and when they
become due and payable.
