CONFIrmatION CLASS
Did you become an Adult B’nai Mitzvah here at Temple Isaiah?
Did you become a Bar or Bat Mitzvah as a teenager and have a desire to learn more about
Judaism as an adult? This class is for you. Beginning in the fall of 2009, Temple Isaiah
will offer an Adult confirmation class that meets twice a month on Tuesday evenings.
We will study Theology, Spirituality, Jewish texts and examine the way we can incorporate

JOIN us FOr a JeWISH YOGA eXperieNCe
Please join Sara Abrams, RYT and 2nd year rabbinical student at Hebrew Union College, for a
heart-opening Hatha yoga class that develops and incorporates deep breathing, vibrant poses,
self-awareness and Jewish spirituality. Sara has taught yoga with Jewish spirituality in
Boulder, Colorado, Jerusalem, Israel and most recently at Kutz Camp in
upstate New York where she inspired motivated Jewish teens
to become confident and eager practitioners.
Our Jewish yoga class will take place in the Social Hall on Friday mornings.
