<strong>Temple</strong> <strong>Isaiah</strong> provides a unique <strong>and</strong><br />

exceptional <strong>opportunity</strong> for people <strong>in</strong> grades<br />

4-12 <strong>to</strong> gather <strong>and</strong> celebrate Jew<strong>is</strong>h life <strong>and</strong><br />

have FUN. Similar <strong>to</strong> a Jew<strong>is</strong>h club, programs<br />

are designed <strong>to</strong> <strong>give</strong> participants a chance <strong>to</strong><br />

<strong>in</strong>teract socially <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong> a safe environment<br />

while explor<strong>in</strong>g their Jew<strong>is</strong>h roots. Our goal<br />

<strong>is</strong> <strong>to</strong> foster friendship <strong>and</strong> Jew<strong>is</strong>h identity <strong>and</strong><br />

<strong>in</strong>crease the likelihood <strong>of</strong> stay<strong>in</strong>g connected<br />

<strong>to</strong> the <strong>Temple</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>to</strong> each other through high<br />

school <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong><strong>to</strong> young adulthood.<br />

ITY (<strong>Isaiah</strong> <strong>Temple</strong> Youth for grades 9-12)<br />

<strong>and</strong> Jr. ITY (for grades 7-8) are run by a<br />

board <strong>of</strong> teens who are voted <strong>in</strong> each year<br />

by teens at the <strong>Temple</strong>. The ITY board<br />

meets twice a month <strong>to</strong> plan, organize, <strong>and</strong><br />

run ITY’s monthly events. CLUB 456 (for<br />

grades 4-6) has an event every 6-8 weeks <strong>and</strong><br />

<strong>is</strong> programmed by the youth adv<strong>is</strong>or. The<br />

boards, events, <strong>and</strong> programs are overseen by<br />
