* In 2008, three complaints were upheld against three Radio<br />
programmes and thirteen complaints were upheld against five<br />
Television programmes (including eight against one programme).<br />
A further two complaints were upheld against advertising /<br />
internal promotions broadcast on RTÉ. (Two of the eighteen<br />
complaints were upheld in part only). Some of these complaints<br />
refer to 2007 due to a carry over from the previous year.<br />
