Forty good years<br />
The <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Club</strong> celebrated its fourth decade with<br />
a sumptuous dinner, coupled with live band, magic show<br />
and lucky draw on 18 Nov 11, at Qian Xi Restaurant<br />
@ Tessensohn. A total of 560 Members and Public<br />
Officers attended the joyous occasion with their families<br />
and friends to celebrate this important milestone. Mr<br />
Charlie Ng, GM of the <strong>Club</strong>, took the audience on a<br />
walk down memory lane, where the <strong>Club</strong> grew from one<br />
clubhouse at Dempsey to three <strong>Club</strong>houses, as well as<br />
the <strong>Club</strong>’s plans for the future in his opening speech.<br />
The event was a memorable night as the band jam<br />
evergreen songs that had the whole floor singing along.<br />
Every attendee received a door gift to commemorate<br />
the <strong>Club</strong>’s 40 th year. Rounding up the event was a lucky<br />
draw in which the winners walked away with various<br />
attractive prizes.<br />
