• All fees paid are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled by the <strong>Club</strong>. Please contact us if you do not hear from us one week before the activity.<br />
• Applications must be accompanied by full payment. Please send separate cheques for the different activities.<br />
• Crossed cheques are to be made payable to “<strong>Civil</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Club</strong>” unless otherwise stated.<br />
