how best to go about it than with a sumptuous dinner? This Lunar New
Year special features delicious food, exciting games and entertainment,
and promises a jolly good time for all! The 8-course menu includes Qian Xi
Lucky Raw Fish, Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab Meat, Crispy Roasted Chicken,
Fried Prawn with Cereal, Steamed Live Sea Bass with Bean Crumb, Braised
Mushroom with Spinach, Fried Ee Fu Noodle and Yam Paste with Gingko Nut.
