Katrina Holdings Private Limited (KATRINA) was established since 1993. Its first concept restaurant, BALIthai opened in 1998,
offers perennial favourites of both Indonesia and Thai cuisines.
Constantly exploring new avenues and also challenging oneself to be the leading F & B company, it takes one step
further and went on to introduce Chinese cuisines of different origins such as Szechuan, Shanghai and Yunnan; HongKong fare

Today, KATRINA operates a chain of concept dining restaurants. There are now 18 restaurants in Singapore, and 1 in
Beijing, China under 7 brands namely BALIthai, Bayang, RennThai, Streats hong kong café, Honguo, Hutong and Muchos
Mexican Bar & Restaurant.
