3. Describe your philosophy and methodology for working with the Project Architect/Engineer
and their consultants to deliver a Guaranteed Maximum Price and to maintain the GMP
throughout the design and construction process.
4. Describe your philosophy and methodology for working with the Owner to assure effective
communication with the Project Team, the Contractors, and the Board, maintain the Project
schedule and deliver the Project on time within the Guaranteed Maximum Price.
5. Describe your approach to assuring timely completion of this project, including methods for
schedule recovery, if necessary.
6. Provide an example of a Project on which your actions resulted in a Project being completed
on time, in the face of unforeseen delays.
7. Provide an example of a successful constructability program used to maintain project
