and the degree of accuracy achieved.<br />

2. Describe your cost control methods during construction and how you procure subcontracts,<br />

confirm scope, amount, and ensure proper payment. From any three (3) projects listed in<br />

response to Question III.1., provide examples of how these techniques were used and the<br />

degree of accuracy achieved.<br />

3. Describe your philosophy and methodology for working with the Project Architect/Engineer<br />

and their consultants to deliver a Guaranteed Maximum Price and to maintain the GMP<br />

throughout the design and construction process.<br />

4. Describe your philosophy and methodology for working with the Owner to assure effective<br />

communication with the Project Team, the Contractors, and the Board, maintain the Project<br />

schedule and deliver the Project on time within the Guaranteed Maximum Price.<br />

5. Describe your approach to assuring timely completion of this project, including methods for<br />

schedule recovery, if necessary.<br />

6. Provide an example of a Project on which your actions resulted in a Project being completed<br />

on time, in the face of unforeseen delays.<br />

7. Provide an example of a successful constructability program used to maintain project<br />

budgets without sacrificing quality.<br />

8. As a Construction Manager at Risk, describe your relationship with the local subcontracting<br />

community.<br />

9. Provide any other details regarding special services, products, advantages or other benefits<br />

offered to the Owner by the Respondent.<br />

10. Describe your fiduciary responsibility as a Construction Manager at Risk using Guaranteed<br />

Maximum Price contracts for publicly funded projects.<br />
