If the Contractor is unable to meet the delivery schedule stated because of unforeseen difficulties, notwithstanding the exercise of good faith and diligent efforts in performance of the work, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer in writing of the anticipated delay, the reason for the delay, and the expected date of delivery. In addition to those deliverables referenced above and applicable to the Statement of Work, the Contractor shall submit the following items in accordance with the stated delivery schedule: Description Type/Quantity Schedule Property Report HHS Form 565 Standard Form 294 – Subcontracting Report for Individual Contracts.
