Graphic Design Entrepreneur I<br />
Skills Competency Award (16 units)<br />
This certificate provides the student with a foundation in graphic<br />
design and an understanding of the digital design process. The<br />
certificate also includes courses to develop entrepreneurial skills<br />
necessary to become a successful freelance designer.<br />
Graphic Design Entrepreneur II<br />
Skills Competency Award (16 units)<br />
This certificate builds on the Graphic Design Entrepreneurial I<br />
program. It continues to provide the student with strong graphic<br />
design skills to develop a professional portfolio. Entrepreneurial<br />
skills are expanded on giving the student the necessary tools to<br />
become successful in managing their own design business.<br />
STEM Transfer Program<br />

WEEK “0” Human Anatomy<br />
The Week “0” event <strong>for</strong> Human Anatomy (Biomedical Sciences 107) is an opportunity <strong>for</strong> registered students, or students<br />
who are interested in enrolling in BMS 107, to get a ‘head start’ and prepare <strong>for</strong> the first two weeks of the semester.<br />
Through interaction with professors and tutors, activities, and handout materials, attendees learn valuable techniques and<br />
are provided course materials they need in order to successfully navigate the first two weeks of the semester in this time and<br />
labor intensive course. In August, students enrolled should watch <strong>for</strong> an email to their Pipeline accounts regarding meeting<br />
place and time <strong>for</strong> Week “0” activities.<br />
