Based on <strong>the</strong> strategic analys<strong>is</strong> including finances, performance profile and ambition level, it`s now decided <strong>to</strong><br />

possible. They should also reflect ambitiousness, available finances and technical, real<strong>is</strong>tic measures. Please<br />

use <strong>the</strong> same SURE-<strong>to</strong>ol as in step 3, 4 & 5 <strong>to</strong> set requirements and create a Quality Program for Sustainable<br />

Refurb<strong>is</strong>hment (QPSR).<br />
