What is the period of limitation in criminal proceedings for corruption
related offences until the end of investigation or the initiation
of prosecution?
Maximum 15 years for bribery offences.
What is the period of limitation in civil proceedings resulting
from criminal offences?
The injured party is entitled to enforce its claim within three years
from the date it learned of the damage and the liable party; nevertheless,
the injured party’s right ceases to exist after ten years at
the latest.
