Engine Cooling System<br />
Replacing Engine Coolant :<br />
The cooling system should be completely drained and refilled with new coolant<br />
at specified intervals<br />
1. Touch the engine and radiator only after ensuring that they are cold.<br />
2. Remove the auxiliary tank cap.<br />
3. Loosen the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator.<br />
4. Remove the auxiliary tank from its holder, drain the coolant and refit it.<br />
5. Flush the radiator by using reverse flow i.e. radiator drain plug to auxiliary<br />
tank with clean water and close the drain plugs.<br />
6. Pour the premixed ready to use engine coolant into the radiator until it is<br />
full.<br />
7. Fill the auxiliary tank upto the 'MAX' mark and fit the cap.<br />
8. Ensure that there is no leakage in the system.<br />
Do not touch the engine and radiator when hot.<br />
