Foreign Unitholders As of February 23, 2011, the Fund has only 1 foreign unitholder who hold an aggregation of 20,000 units, equivalent to 0.0282 % of the issued investment units. Remark: As the Management Company and the Registrar of the investment units of the Fund, the Company will comply with the specification of the fund scheme and the Notification of the Office of the SEC No. Sor Nor. 53/2552 RE: Rules, Conditons and Procedures of the Establishment and Management of Property Fund (No. 2) concerning the control of holding of units by foreign investors at any time not to exceed 49 percent of total number of units sold as follows: 1. To inform securities companies to check the foreign room limit which the foreign investors may hold with the Registrar and to inform the Registrar of the number of investment units which foreign investors wish to hold immediate by telephone or by fax. 2. After the buy-sell transaction of investment units, the securities companies must process for the foreign investors to register the transfer of securities and seek issuance of investment unit certificate from the Registrar promptly. 3. If it appears later that there are many applicants who wish to register the transfer of investment units which will cause the foreign holding of investment units to exceed 49% of total number of investment units sold, the Management Company will transfer the investment units to foreign investors up to 49% on first come first serve basis of documents being submitted and will deny the transfer of units in excess of 49%. The application for transfer must be in the form specified by the Registrar.
