Our strategy of change, which we launched in 1998, had two major thrusts: strengthening our leadership in all<br />
our activities, and faster development of the Pharmaceuticals Sector and our Specialties products.<br />
This strategy, applied with determination, has yielded rich fruit. It continues to be expressed through a major reshaping<br />
of our product mix, remarkable growth in Pharmaceuticals and Specialties, reinforcement of our world leadership in many<br />
of our markets, good geographic diversification and the successful launch of our Innovation initiative.<br />
All this whilst maintaining a very healthy financial situation.
