how the technical development
and the speed of our modern world
and our life doesn’t allow us to eat healthy;
only in the U. S. the people consume Junk
Food for about $ 25.000.000.000.00!
These highly industrialized products contain
preservatives that are in many cases
unhealthy. And this is the reason why it is
very important to be very careful about the
food we eat; therefore my advice is as
follows:
We can use fresh and hopefully organic
products (natural products made with clean
technology, no chemicals; which is
(distinctive in that these products have the natural flavor, fresh and
which such a beauty that stimulates our senses; remember, if
processed foods are so rich and look so good, it is because of the
following: they are decorated by sophisticated packaging and in
many cases they are filled with ingredients in excessive quantities
to enhance the flavor, the candies and goodies are really sweet and
full of calories until heaven, artificial colors, salt, refined flour which
in any case is not very good for health).
Well, the idea of this section is to talk about healthy cooking not to
speak bad about food, but in some moments we will touch this kind
