L.A.M. – What do you think is most important in the photography and
why: Eyes, team or technique?
AR-The most important thing is to be an artist, it is useless to have
many teams when you don’t have good conceptions that make a work
unique.
L.A.M. - How do you see yourself in a few years?
AR-I see myself doing my job leaving footprints in my country, so that
many generations will know my work and that I can leave something
of interest. This is just the beginning of all the blessings I receive from
God for carrying my work to everybody. I do much conceptual artwork;
selling the artistic photography in galleries, doing exhibition with a
social function and continuing with my creative process in fashion and
in the world of theatre.
L.A.M. – Which meaning has the word PHOTOGRAPHY to you?
A. R. - A UNIQUE AND UNREPEATABLE INSTANT as Henry Cartier
Bresson says, it is THE DECISIVE MOMENT
L.A.M. Andrés, you have many successes in what you do, but what do
you think has been your best work?
A. R. Everything is my best work, for me is each picture unique, each
person who crosses my lens, writes history, set emotions,
experiences. No matter whether it is a family, or someone who wants
to have some photos for looking good, or whether it is a singer, an
actor or a model! It’s a question of passion what I do and I put a lot of
love into my job to see the final art.
