A full Internet citation includes:<br />
• Author (human or institutional), sponsor, or owner <strong>of</strong> the website, followed by a<br />
comma;<br />
• The title, in italics, followed by a comma;<br />
• The date <strong>of</strong> publication in parentheses;<br />
• The URL;<br />
• In parentheses, the date accessed or date updated.<br />
NOTE: Not all the citation elements set forth above are always necessary. For example,<br />
the date <strong>of</strong> publication <strong>of</strong> statistical information published only online might not be<br />
known or important. The name <strong>of</strong> the entity sponsoring the site need not be given if it is<br />
