Final seating of the implant was accomplished with<br />
the Torque/Ratchet Wrench, achieving a torque<br />
value of 40 Ncm.<br />

Because the custom temporary components are<br />
fabricated with one of the implant hexes aligned to<br />
the direct buccal, it is imperative that the implant<br />
be rotated to the proper orientation at the time<br />
of surgery. This was accomplished and confirmed<br />
with the Implant Driver attached to the Torque/<br />
Ratchet Wrench.<br />
