John 10: 27-30<br />
My sheep hear my voice. I know them,<br />
and they follow me. I give them eternal<br />
life, and they will never perish. No one<br />
will snatch them out of my hand. What<br />
my Father has given me is greater than<br />
all else, and no one can snatch it out of<br />
the Fathers hand. The Father and I are<br />
one.”<br />
Reflection<br />
‘My Sheep hear my voice’. Jesus wants<br />
us to hear his voice and his words. He<br />
wants us to know him. Jesus wants<br />
us to understand that we are his sheep<br />
and his is our shepherd. He wants us<br />
to follow his voice; hear his words of<br />
support, encouragement, hope and love<br />
in our lives. As we all know, life can<br />
often get very busy, we get distracted<br />
and we don’t always hear what is being<br />
said to us. Jesus is our <strong>com</strong>pass, our<br />
guide, if we stop, listen we will hear his<br />
voice and his message of love.<br />
Prayer<br />
Jesus, ever present, every true.<br />
Help us to open our mind, heart<br />
and ears to hear your voice.<br />
Amen.<br />
