The Environmental Risk and Safety Division<br />
of RIVM (<strong>the</strong> National Institute for Public<br />
Health and <strong>the</strong> Environment) offers<br />
advanced and reliable knowledge and<br />
expertise on environmental risks due to<br />
physical, chemical and biological agents.<br />
It also focuses on safety and emergencies<br />
(e.g. offer<strong>in</strong>g a 24-hour service), enabl<strong>in</strong>g<br />
<strong>the</strong> organisations it works for to identify<br />
relevant issues and to handle <strong>the</strong>m<br />
efficiently and effectively.<br />

TNO – Mobiliteit<br />
TNO Mobility is a market area, which <strong>in</strong>clude<br />
<strong>the</strong> comb<strong>in</strong>ed expertise of <strong>the</strong> five core<br />
areas of TNO (<strong>the</strong> Ne<strong>the</strong>rlands Organisation<br />
for Applied Scientific <strong>Research</strong>) <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> fields<br />
of traffic and transport. This provides an<br />
efficient comb<strong>in</strong>ation of expertise and <strong>the</strong><br />
optimum harmonisation of TNO’s activities<br />
