Students will learn the skills necessary to successfully
grow and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, grass and
other plants. They will become experienced in landscape
design, floral arranging and the identification of
different types of plants. A highlight of the program is
turf and lawn maintenance and greenhouse operation.
Students learn effective sales techniques by managing a
greenhouse located in the school. Student memberships
in the American Nursing and Landscaping Association
(ANLA) and the Ohio Nursing and Landscaping
Association (ONLA) are available.
