authorizing and making necessary plan changes?<br />
• How are the local response plans and procedures coordinated?<br />
• How are corrective actions/lessens learned identifed?<br />
• How will needed plan revisions be documented?<br />
• Who should be included in the list of plan holders?<br />
• How are changes to the plan communicated to staff and what is the process to<br />
ensure the current version of the plan is being used by all staff?<br />
Supporting Actions<br />
• Focus on the overall planning process: who should participate in the process; who<br />
is in charge of the change and maintenance process?<br />
• Identify who (group and/or person) is responsible <strong>for</strong> maintaining the plan and<br />
coordinating plan revisions.<br />
