Asset: Refers to contracts, stadiums, property, electronic and non-electronic records and documents, un-obligated, or unexpended balances of appropriations, and other funds or resources (other than personnel). Consequence: The result of a terrorist attack or other hazard that reflects the level, duration, and nature of the loss resulting from the incident. Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP): is a capabilities and performance-based exercise program that provides a standardized methodology and terminology for exercise design, development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning. Joint Information Center (JIC): A facility established to coordinate all incident related public information activities. It is the central point of contact for all news media. Public information officials from all participating agencies should colocate at the JIC. Jurisdiction: A range or sphere of authority. Public agencies have jurisdiction at an incident related to their legal responsibilities and authority.
