shelter-in-place stadium spectators and participants. It includes the decision<br />

points and identifies recommendations <strong>for</strong> where to relocate all population<br />

categories (named above) <strong>for</strong> all hazards (identified in Table 1).<br />

A. Stadium In<strong>for</strong>mation<br />

The decision to evacuate, shelter in place, or relocate from the each or all of<br />

the areas within the stadium (i.e., Grandstand, Suites, Hospitality Area,<br />

Parking Lot, Administration Area, Vendor Row, Concession Area, Field, or<br />

___________ area), requires that the following considerations be taken into<br />

account:<br />

1. Number/Location of Gates<br />

• List gates/entrances/exits and the plan <strong>for</strong> each gate/entrance/exit<br />

depending on the need to relocate or evacuate the areas of the<br />

stadium. Refer to scenarios listed in the (Insert name of Stadium)<br />
