From the A1 Porto-Lisboa motorway, turn on to thre EN109 and continue to Espinho. The course is<br />
south of the city. From the A1 Lisboa-Porto, exit for Vila da Feira. Take the IC1 towards Espinho to<br />
the Miramar exit. The course is signposted.<br />
