4.2.13. COUNCIL OF ADVISORS
The Council of Advisors is comprised of all past presidents of the Institute and eminent fellow members
that has contributed greatly to the Institute. The objective of this Council is to provide advice and
guidance to the present Council on matters related to the Institute’s present and future role and function.

1.0 Annual General Meeting and Election of Committee for 2011-2012
1. The Branch’s 33 rd AGM was held on 25 th February 2012 at Ultimate Professional Centre, Kuching. It was
attended by 17 members, of whom 2 are fellow members, 7 are corporate members, 4 are graduate members
and the remaining 3 are observers.
