reaction rates, aquatic life, and the suitability of the water for beneficial uses.<br />

- Dissolve oxygen solubility ↓ as temperature ↑<br />
- Biological activity ↑ as temperature ↑ (optimum range 25-35 o C)<br />
- Chemical activity ↑ as temperature ↑<br />
