NOW the AGREEMENT WITNESSED as follows:<br />
1. Validity Period <strong>of</strong> the Contract :<br />
1.1 <strong>AMC</strong> shall come <strong>in</strong>to effect after sign<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> agreement shall rema<strong>in</strong> valid <strong>for</strong> one year &<br />
extendable <strong>for</strong> further one year on same terms & condition subject to satisfactory per<strong>for</strong>mance<br />
mutual concerned.<br />
1.2 Dur<strong>in</strong>g warranty, the CONTRACTOR shall per<strong>for</strong>m all the functions as enunciated under <strong>AMC</strong>.<br />
In case <strong>of</strong> any failure <strong>in</strong> fulfill<strong>in</strong>g contractual obligations under <strong>AMC</strong> dur<strong>in</strong>g warranty period, all<br />
penalty clauses shall be applicable under the contract. However no payments shall be made<br />
dur<strong>in</strong>g warranty period.<br />
1.3 Terms and conditions <strong>of</strong> <strong>AMC</strong> will be applicable <strong>for</strong> all <strong>DSPT</strong>.<br />
1.4 BSNL may divert <strong>DSPT</strong> from one SSA to another SSA with<strong>in</strong> the same Circle. For the <strong>DSPT</strong><br />
diverted be<strong>for</strong>e start <strong>of</strong> <strong>AMC</strong>, the <strong>AMC</strong> shall be separately applicable <strong>for</strong> the <strong>DSPT</strong> <strong>in</strong>dividually<br />
<strong>for</strong> the quantities available with each <strong>of</strong> the SSA.<br />

2. Extension <strong>of</strong> Contract<br />
2.1 Extension <strong>of</strong> this contract beyond term <strong>of</strong> one year shall be negotiable, depend<strong>in</strong>g on the<br />
per<strong>for</strong>mance <strong>of</strong> the CONTRACTOR dur<strong>in</strong>g the term. However, it shall be optional <strong>for</strong> BSNL not<br />
to enter <strong>in</strong>to the <strong>AMC</strong> agreement further, with the CONTRACTOR.<br />
3. SCOPE OF <strong>AMC</strong> OF <strong>DSPT</strong>s<br />
3.1 The works to be carried out under <strong>AMC</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>DSPT</strong>s will be as under:<br />
3.2 Visual Inspection on periodic basis at least once <strong>in</strong> a month <strong>for</strong> Reflector, Mount and Reflector<br />
support Structure- <strong>in</strong> case <strong>of</strong> failure, the mount members that are damaged should be repaired or<br />
replaced.<br />
3.3 Feed and Feed support- visual <strong>in</strong>spection is required to ensure that all hardware is secure and no<br />
moisture is collected <strong>in</strong>side the Feed Horn. Wash the front surface <strong>of</strong> the solar modules at least<br />
once <strong>in</strong> a month with clean water & non abrasive cloth.<br />
3.4 Check the support structure to ensure that all fix<strong>in</strong>g are tight. Touch up any scratches/ marks on<br />
the structure with suitable pa<strong>in</strong>t.<br />
3.5 Inspect the solar array cable <strong>for</strong> signs <strong>of</strong> damage <strong>of</strong> chatt<strong>in</strong>g; repair any such damage with<br />
<strong>in</strong>sulat<strong>in</strong>g tape.<br />
