1. Hav<strong>in</strong>g exam<strong>in</strong>ed the conditions <strong>of</strong> contract and specifications <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g addenda Nos.<br />

acknowledged, we, undersigned, <strong>of</strong>fer to execute the <strong>in</strong>stallation and commission<strong>in</strong>g work <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>DSPT</strong>’s <strong>in</strong> Uttaranchal <strong>in</strong> con<strong>for</strong>mity with the conditions <strong>of</strong> contract and specifications <strong>for</strong> the<br />
sum shown <strong>in</strong> the schedule <strong>of</strong> prices attached herewith and made part <strong>of</strong> this bid.<br />
2. If our Bid is accepted, we will obta<strong>in</strong> the guarantee <strong>of</strong> a Scheduled Bank <strong>for</strong> a sum not exceed<strong>in</strong>g<br />
(10% <strong>of</strong> the contract sum) <strong>for</strong> the due per<strong>for</strong>mance <strong>of</strong> the Contract.<br />
3. We agree to abide by this bid <strong>for</strong> a period <strong>of</strong> 150 days from the date fixed <strong>for</strong> Bid open<strong>in</strong>g and it<br />
shall rema<strong>in</strong> b<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g upon us and may be accepted at any time be<strong>for</strong>e the expiry <strong>of</strong> that period.<br />
4. Until a <strong>for</strong>mal work order <strong>of</strong> contract is prepared and executed, this Bid together with your<br />
written acceptance there<strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong> your notification <strong>of</strong> award shall constitute a b<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g contract<br />
between us.<br />
5. Bid submitted by us is properly sealed and prepared so as to prevent any subsequent alteration<br />
and replacement.<br />
6. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any bid, you may receive.<br />
