We undertake to pay to the Purchaser up to the above amount upon receipt <strong>of</strong> its first written demand,<br />
without the Purchaser hav<strong>in</strong>g to substantiate its demand, provided that <strong>in</strong> its demand, the Purchaser will<br />
note that the amount claimed by it is ow<strong>in</strong>g to the occurrence <strong>of</strong> one or all <strong>of</strong> three conditions, specify<strong>in</strong>g<br />
the occurred condition or conditions.<br />
This guarantee will rema<strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>for</strong>ce as specified <strong>in</strong> clauses 12 and 28.2 <strong>of</strong> section II <strong>of</strong> the Bid Document<br />
up to and <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g Thirty (30) days after the period <strong>of</strong> Bid validity, and any demand <strong>in</strong> respect there<strong>of</strong><br />
should reach the Bank not later than the specified date/dates.<br />
