2, <strong>2009</strong> to vote on the budget. M/Boyce, S/Swinford to include the amendments<br />
to the <strong>2009</strong> Commissioners budget (BCEDC, Maintenance, Genesis,<br />
CAP and the Sheriff’s). M/Merry S/Fields to accept the Commissioners<br />
<strong>2009</strong> budget with the recommendations of all sub committees. Chair Millham<br />
asked for public input. There was none. Unanimous. Motion passes.<br />
The approved budget totals $28,837,371.00<br />
5. <strong>Belknap</strong> <strong>County</strong> Registry of Deeds <strong>2009</strong> Resolution: There was a copy of<br />
the <strong>2009</strong> resolution from the Registry of Deeds. Rep. Nedeau read this document<br />
out loud. M/Nedeau S/Flanders to approve appropriations to be paid<br />
out of the county treasury from the Deeds equipment account, specifically<br />
$36,600 for computer indexing and $3,400 for the Kyocera copier totaling<br />
$40,000. Unanimous. Motion carries.<br />
6. Adjourn: M/Arsenault, S/Wendelboe to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 PM.<br />
Unanimous. Motion carries.<br />
