Connections
Displays the Organization to which your Electronic Health Record is connected.
The ‘Add a connection’ button allows you to connect with
another organization.
o Fill out the ‘Find an Organization’ window.
o Any organization that fits your criteria will display.
o Highlight the organization and click the ‘Connect’ button.
v You will be in pending status with that organization.
By Clicking Edit you are able to
manage your connections.
Important Note:
Clicking on ‘x’ (remove connections)
this will disconnect the connection and
data will not update to your personal
health record.
Visualize Connections screen
demonstrates all the connections
that comprise the Universal Health
Record.
