Check off boxes to select days.
Choose preferred time of day (anytime, before
specific time, after specific time, or between
specific times) and distance out (first available, one
week, two weeks, one month, two months, 6
months).
Clicking the “Add This Time Slot” button will
populate the selection in the field to the right.
You are able to add as many selections as you
want. To remove a selection click on the “x” next
to the item no longer needed.
Click
button once all of the necessary fields have been entered.
