Main Obstacles in Finding Suitable Jobs<br />

Responses to the question as to the main obstacles in finding suitable jobs are<br />

outlined in Table 3.7. <strong>The</strong>re are five main obstacles shown below in order <strong>of</strong> preference:<br />

(HEART Trust/NTA) financed and operated training opportunities island-wide,<br />
