1. EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER
The Club is proud to announce Sumini Bte Raiman,
Assistant Housekeeper (Property Department) as
Employee of the Quarter.
Sumini joined the Club in March 1995 and has dutifully
rendered quality service to members in her day-to-day
work.
2. UpdateS On Phase III RedevelopmenT At RC
The long awaited Recreation Complex will finally be
open for members’ use. Like a budding flower, please
be gentle when enjoying its brand new facilities as we
continue to tend to the necessary details as well as the
expected defects and omissions during this period.

c. Indoor Jacuzzis and Steambaths
d. TV Room, level 2
e. Alfresco Dining at Three Bars
f. Lattice Suite
Further details and updates will be available via the onsite
LCD panels, website and at the Front Office.
3. Price Revision At The Recreation Room
Please be informed that the table booking fee in the
Recreation Room will be revised to $5.35 per table per
hour effective 1 January 2013.
4. Withdrawal Policy Of Club Activities
Members who wish to withdraw from any registered
activity are required to fill up a Withdrawal Form
(available from the Front Office, Sports Desk which
is also downloadable from the Club’s website) and
submit it to the Club. The Club would like to highlight
and remind members to comply and note the following
clauses for withdrawals:
• The Withdrawal Form must be submitted at least 2
weeks prior to the next billing month.
• Notice received by the Club on or before the 15th
day of the month will be processed within the
month. Charges for the activity will cease in the
following month.
• Notice received by the Club after the 15th day of
the month will be processed in the following month.
Charges for the activity will be debited accordingly
in the following month and cease thereafter.
• Absence from lessons does not indicate withdrawal
from the programme
5. CLUB’S CONSTITUTION & UPDATED BYE-LAWS
Please be informed that the Club’s Constitution is now
available at the Front Office upon request. The updated
Constitution is in relation to the various amendments
effective since 1 October 2012. For the environmentally
conscious, the Club Constitution is also available on
the Club’s website.
6. Re-opening Of The Reading Cum
Study Room At The Arrival Pavilion
While the Reading cum studying Room at
the Arrival Pavilion Level 2 is re-opened
for members’ use, please be informed that
the contractors might access the room for
minor touch up work. Any inconvenience
caused is truly regretted.
7. REPAIR AND REPAINTING WORKS TO THE SPORTS COMPLEX
Please be informed that the Club has appointed M/s SKK (S) Pte Ltd to carry out Repair and Repainting Works to
the Sports Complex from Saturday, 1 September 2012 to Friday, 30 November 2012.
Concurrently, the Club is carrying out improvement and repairs works to the Koi Pond which entails draining of the
pond water from mid September 2012.
For your own safety, kindly comply with the safety and warning notices and keep away from the areas that are
cordoned off for the abovementioned works.
We seek your kind understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
8. SWIMMING OUTSIDE THE SPECIFIC OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS
As part of the Club’s risk management policy, please be informed that swimming outside the specific opening and closing
hours, except for swimmers undergoing training, is strictly not allowed. This policy is effective since 2 July 2012.
The security guards will stop any members from entering the Club to swim before its current operating hours.
Please be advised that Club’s Swimming Pool operating hours are:
Monday to Sunday (including Public Holiday)
7.00am to 10.00pm daily
Kindly note that the closing time for the swimming pools will revert to 9.00pm upon re-opening of the Recreation Complex.
Members who willfully flout this rule shall be subjected to disciplinary action.
Re-opened Facilities
The following facilities will be opened to members by
mid November.
