Corporate responsibility<br />

Corporate responsibility can be defined in many ways; at <strong>CDON</strong> <strong>Group</strong> we regard it as both our<br />

opportunity and obligation to take responsibility towards direct and indirect stakeholders, but<br />

also for future generations. <strong>CDON</strong> <strong>Group</strong> has a particular focus on sustainability from an<br />

economic, social and environmental perspective. We strive to relate with partners in a proper<br />

manner and enters into partnership with companies that manage their business in agreement<br />

with prevailing laws and ethical principles. Human rights, gender equality and environmental<br />

concerns shall be met and <strong>CDON</strong> <strong>Group</strong> also strives for our suppliers and partners to follow these<br />

values.<br />

Within <strong>CDON</strong> <strong>Group</strong>, we follow the UN Global Compact's ten principles aimed at businesses and<br />

include human rights, labour rights, the environment and corruption. The principles are based on<br />

the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO's fundamental Conventions on Human<br />

Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration and the UN Convention Against Corruption.<br />

We always gather information on, and comply with, relevant laws, regulations and international<br />

conventions. Our suppliers share our commitment. We provide supplier terms that clearly<br />

explains <strong>CDON</strong> <strong>Group</strong>'s requirements and ethics, and our suppliers to act in unity with the UN<br />

Global Compact's ten principles.<br />

We and the suppliers we choose to work with the guarantee of freedom of association and<br />

diversity in employment and we do not accept any forms of forced- or child labour, we act based<br />

on our environmental policy and we are constantly seeking new and better ways to reduce our<br />

environmental impact and we support free, fair and open competition under the laws applicable<br />

in each country we operate in.<br />

Within <strong>CDON</strong> <strong>Group</strong>, we make sure to have sufficient information on our suppliers to ensure that<br />

they meet our values before we enter into commercial relationships. We strive to be honest and<br />

fair in our contacts with suppliers and subcontractors. To give or receive bribes or great benefits<br />

are not accepted, we will not participate in party politics or give donations to political parties or<br />

candidates. We provide services and products that meet our customers' expectations both in<br />

quality, service and production-wise. We also guarantee a safe and secure handling of personal<br />

data and information our customers provide on our websites – data security is a priority for us.
